I love the variety of brands and as the holidays draw near, I’m thinking Christmas gifts. it’s nice as you can shop for beauty products and then pop in to the food hall and get something to eat.
I am in search of a nice scent I can wear evey day. The entire staff was helpful; however, I could not keep the perfumes I chose, because they did not smell so great after 1 day of wear. I returned them, but since I paid cash, and somehow I wasn't added by name, tbey could not find me. I went home and found the receipt. I returned my items, but why do cashiers still lay your money on the counter instead of your hand. I thought in 2021 that was long gone. It can be very offensive. I stuck my hand under the money to stop that nonsense. Please customer service realize this cruel act and change.
Looking to switch to a new foundation and needed some assistance in selecting which would be best for me. Other Sephora locations have very helpful associates and I’m often asked if I need help several times throughout my visit. Unfortunately this was not my experience today. I wasn’t approached by anyone and observed all of the associates standing in groups in be back of the store talking amongst themselves. Not only was I ignored but so was everyone else in the store. I left without a new foundation and will need to make a special visit elsewhere in the city to find that I need.
Staff was friendly and helped me choose my eye shadows and lip gloss. The only thing was that a helper was helping me then started helping someone else which took away from the concierge, personal service, that I had started off with. The last person that helped me made up for it.
My daughter Sierra and I went into the store because we were in search of a new spring/Summer scent! We were greeted nicely by everyone, however Tabitha was extra helpful to us.. she kept showing us different scents and laughing and playing around with us... once we found our scent I was looking at makeup(the wrong one for me) and again Tabitha lead me in the right direction! I’ve had so many products on my wishlist and Tabitha actually picked out the ones that I’ve been wanting to try and more! She was sweet, and not pushy at all, her knowledge exceeded my expectations! Thank you to the manager and Tabitha for such a FUN, learning experience! We will be back as regulars, my skin is dewy, glowing, and I smell amazing! Its only been 12 hours! 💖💖💖💖💖Jess
This Sephora is awesome with taking care of their customers! Every time I visit I am greeted by a happy face ready to help. Dawn is wonderful at always recommending products and has a vast amount of knowledge that any make up lover would appreciate. Today I wanted to give a big shout out to Kelsey today for going above and beyond to help me get the exact product that I needed that was out of stock everywhere. She helped me order it online through the store so I wouldn't have to wait until February to get my product. It's not often you come across excellent customer care where you can tell the employees want to see you happy. Thank y'all so much keep up that good work!!!
I unfortunately missed the mark to take my survey, but I went in this store for the first time on 9/15. I usually go to Ulta but I really wanted to try out the Rare collection. I do not remember the name of this nice lady who first greeted me, but she introduced me to Monica who went above and beyond to help me find the right shade of foundation for me. I had explained to her I hated wearing foundation because it’s always too light or too dark, and no one has ever helped me find one that truly fit me until I met her. She talked me into getting a few other things and also a credit card. I had never heard of the brand Farmacy until she introduced me to the green clean and it has helped my skin SO much since I’ve been using it. This is the first time I have went into any makeup store and fully loved everything that was suggested to me. Monica’s customer service was EVERYTHING and will definitely keep me coming back!
Make sure you don't go in here on your day off wearing no makeup and expect people to be friendly and helpful. I was running errands and I needed my foundation shade and I had been eyeing La Mer but turns out they didn't have it in store. But still, I went asking for moisturizer + something to help with pores. And the tall man who is a bit chubby and has a fro(?) said "Oh no honey. They don't make it that way" But I realize I said wrong and corrected myself when I really mean moisturizer + primer. He helped me look for something and along the way he finds a moisturizer + pore minimizing... and he says "oh look here!" I ended staying away from the skin care aisle. I just didn't feel welcome. Usually when I come in, and I would have makeup on and he would be more talkative. I know a thing about make up, I'm not a makeup artist, or a guru but, I'm sorry If I was in sweats and zero amount of makeup on. But work on your customer service. I was the second customer in that store when I came in the afternoon.
